Hi, Everybody Hope everyone is having a good day. People ask me all the time how do I do what you do? Or I am not into getting phone calls about clogged toilet's. My answer to that is simple the first part is you need to have a burning desire to be successful in what ever your capacity or desire is the meaning of success to you . You must always be thinking of ways to increase your output and abilities 24-7. Then I get well I don't know if i want to do that - well then you are not being serious first with yourself and then with me. My old saying that I repeat all the time talk is cheap!!! The other part of the statement people make about clogged toliets that is really a bunch of crap! excuse the punt> I have been in the Real Estate Rental business for over 20 years now and I think I can count on my one hand how many times I had someone call me about clogged toliet. When I hear people saying that it is just an excuse and or it is really saying "I really don't know what I am talking about" or I am afraid? Another one of my sayings is " One excuse is as good as another"! There is a very simple solution to a clogged toliet pick up the phone and call a plumber that takes all about 2-3 minutes?
